Account locked in 2 days?

I put CAHS days 06/04 and 07/04, today 08/04 my accounts are locked.
ll_JMs_ll and 33_kdp_33, the information says, fraudulent payment. Always buy with the same card and there was never this problem. Call the bank and everything is ok. I want to know what happened. If not resolved Gunrox not play more, the game is abandoned and it still happens. Not bought by RegNow. Another option was the Super Rewards.

Your payment was charged back and thus account was automatically blocked.
We do not know the reason of the chargeback - this usually happens with stolen credit card or when rightful owner cancels the payment himself. (Happens a lot of time when children use their parents' card without conscent).
It's not the first time when chargebacks happened on your accounts so I don't think this is some kind of mistake.
If you have any questions regarding payments, you should contact SuperRewards support.

Berserker, first as administrator of the game you should be careful about who hires the services, and with words that put.
The card I used to put cash and my wife, and as far as know who pays her bills am I, that I take care to make payment.

If you want the game to end, post a notice on the forum for anyone who spends their money, and the least we can do for you people who gave you the confidence and still play Gunrox.
I called the white and everything is correct, my acc excerpt that is still blocked.
I take questions and make a purchase with the same card, 12/04/2013 - purchase was processed successfully(this purchase was effected on another site).
If you have availability to check my case, I would be very grateful.
Now they want me to spend more money to Unblock the acc and co talk, I'll be grateful to make another purchase for cash to make you happy.

Unfortunately only SuperRewards support can handle this. They charge payments on our behalf and when they indicate the payment was charged back, then we remove the money from GUNROX account.
