that happens to me also when i played before ( like 6-7 years back) there were no restrictions. now i cant chat directly to any person. but the chat system works when im in a game

Hello, I want to confirm this bug and it's indeed real. I had this problem also a few days ago until either was resolved by a moderator or a certain time has passed, one of the two since it has passed a bit of time since I had given a report to the moderators.
So, what it seems to be the cause and under what circumstances you can reproduce this bug?
It seems to mainly affect new accounts. Yes, it is linked to accounts rather the specific characters.
If you make a new account, fresh empty and try to use the DM feature or even match up chat, it will not function and any message given will be completely delete upon pressing send/enter.
It doesn't seem to affect neither the client or the web version of gunrox, the bug persists in either version.
It will not reproduce if you start a fresh new character on an account that has already a character who can speak.
It affects DMs, Global chat and Match Up chat but as soon as you enter a game, you can speak again.
If need be, i can send a GIF with the process but really, it's not all that hard to reproduce if you follow up the specifications above.
