Okay, so it has been over a week and no moderators have attempted to help or even answer my question regarding my attempts to purchase Enkord cash. I understand some may be busy; however, i have posted in threads and even sent private messages to berserker and have not heard back. So once again, i have tried to purchase Enkord cash through the new SuperRewards system and am always followed with "Due to legal restrictions, we cannot currently accept registrations from residents of Illinois."
SuperRewards is the only option that allows residents in the USA to buy E cash and i cannot even purchase anything through them. I emailed SuperRewards about this and they responded with
"Please note that Illinois is the only state we are currently not authorized to offer services in. Each state requires that the payment settlement entity has a separate license with them and currently Skrill does not hold a license in Illinois. The customer based there will unfortunately not be able to complete the payment."
I would very much like to continue to playing this game; however, we all know that it is nearly impossible to do so without cash as you reach higher levels. My question is if this problem can be resolved in any way.
