Hi there!
I just tried to create another account for my brother, unfortunately it doesn't work. It doesn't matter which mail address I enter, the check always fails.
I have done this things:
1.) created different addresses on different mail providers, to exclude the possibility my brother's mail provider is not alowed by GUNROX
2.) checked firewall is down and login with my account is possible
3.) tryed differnet PCs
4.) restarted the router to get a new IP address
Finally I can login in on the PCs I mentioned above but I am not able to create a new account. Does anyone have an idea what to do?

Ahh... just forget to mention:
I unistalled and reinstalled GUNROX serval times to make sure using the latest version...
I am using Windows XP, SP3...

1.) Yes I am administrator.. 😳
2.) Yes logging in with any already existing account works perfectly
3.) when entering a valid and not already used mail address I get this message:

We need more details about your system:
- full Windows build version/name,
- full Internet Explorer version/name
- Information about language/regional settings (please make screenshots of pages of window from "Control Panel->Language and regional settings", there are 4 pages (in Win7) named "Formats", "Location", "Languages and keyboards" and "Additional")
