Clan Power abilities will return your clan back in action!
We have added new "Clan Power" abilities to the cash shop which will allow your veteran clan to return back to kicking from vacation.
These abilities will allow to instantly increase your clan perks up to level 1-5 (it won't increase clan perks higher than maximum level of corresponding perk though). The perks will start to fade next week just like they normally do, but you will have enough time to get back in action with those perks to reach higher spots in top lists and retain those perks. Any clan player can purchase and apply them to his/her clan.

Big Gun Number One changes
Like we've been discussing this on forums, we've introduced some changes to the most controversal weapon of GUNROX - Big Gun Number One.
With this update when you used any clan perk which affects shot together with Big Gun weapon, the weapon becomes overloaded and you have 50% chance of hitting yourself. We've made it because Big Gun was means to be ultimate one-shot weapon and applying clan perks on top of that ultimate power it just too powerful. Therefore limiting it's usage down to some suicide potential is more reasonable than disabling clan perks for this gun altogether. Read More...

Fame battle rules become more strict
As there are more and more people trying to find a shortcuts in playing Hall of Fame battles from now on we are going to monitor such battles more strictly.
We are going to add one strict rule for those people who have different accounts in different clans: If you have two accounts in two clans, you cannot participate with one account in Fame battle against other clan, otherwise it will be automatically considered fake fame and you can be banned without further investigation. That means you no longer can pretend the fame battle was 'friendly', etc. Stick to one clan or don't play fames between clans in which you have your accounts

New weapon added: Pulsator
We've added new weapon which requires 120 points in Assault Skill.
This weapon called Pulsator and you can get it in the Cash Shop now. Pulsator is a final weapon, now the game has all weapons for 120 skill points. We will keep watching how this new weapon will change overall ballance on high levels and will fix problems promptly. Let us know what you think about this weapon in the comments to this news.

Update 10-Apr-2012 - Major update of Clan Perks and more!
GUNROX will be 4 years within a month but we still working on it from time to time to make it better and more balanced.

First agression gold statue taken!
Soon after Voltron got first outpost golden statue in the game, GROM got first agression gold statue.
Congratulations to GROM clan for taking it by staying 30 weeks in the top 3 of agression clan list. It wasn't easy so reward is a well-deserved one. Well done!

Update 31-Oct-2011 - Premium bullets improved
Premium ammo improved. Now it gives +3% to critical hit chance (was only +1%) and gives +10% to critical damage (was +5%). Now it will be more viable to use in tournament games and in regular ones as well.
Other changes: + fixed: you cant start overloaded when playing naked due to game giving too much starting items. + input line fixes - other minor tweaks

First outpost golden statue taken!

Update 04-Oct-2011 - New outfit & Hall of Fame changes
- New outfit added - Male: Sombrero hat, Pilot's hat, Balance T-shirt, Wolf's mark T-shirt; Female: Violet top, Shar T-shirt.
- Hall of Fame system changed: now bonus points for artifacts only given for artifacts used in battle and according to attrition lost in battle. Thus durable artifact will bring only tiny bonus and ageless artifacts will bring no bonus in fame battles. - Hall of Fame reset this week. - Right click on character list will put hotlinked player's name into input box, not just regular name. - Other GUI improvements and fixes.
