Now you have small chance that item you purchase in the Cash Shop will be artifact. Chance is small enough so it's not reasonable to purchase tons of items in order to farm artifact.
New male outfit elements added (female to come in future updates):
- Stiched mouth
- Stiched eyes
- Cossack's topknot haircut
- Black cloak
- Russia T-shirt
- Brasil T-shirt
- Naked torso with scars
- Terror with Ears mask
- Panda head
- Cossack's hat
- Roman sandals
- Naked legs with scars
Armors were tweaked:
- all armors except power armor now does not have critical resistance
- resistance of last 3 armors were reduced
- Military armor weight reduced from 30 to 26
Other changes:
- title screen redone.
- fixed: Terminator perk shown at level 3

i have to disagree with this change about armor...
i think that now if we dont have any critical resistance on amror we got to put on perks...but the thing is that like the other change with the weight we gota put more money in so we change it...again...well i think that the armor especialy military should have critical resistance...

Perks to put the thinking of weapons, armor, medikits that are constantly changing and by the enkord make us lose many qualities ...
I was injured more than once!
had a relation of men with guns + Life + 2 Weight all controlled within limits, changed the weight of grenades ... now take less or a grenade, or mute the Perks.
I have a Doctor, which have changed the Perks to use medikits lv 60 in another of 4 to 5 Star.
What I mean is that and to balance, but I do not Berseker I agree, if I got my Perks assembled well, the battles are balanced since my adversary has to have the same intelligence I Perks.
this to say ... guess wrong by Encord Perks to change the way the game! Therefore ultimately be very expensive for us players😲😡

Low level armors had almost no critical resisitance anyway. This reduction mainly altered power armor.
I suggest you to be more positive and constructive, because you don't even know the true nature of changes and you already start complaining.

Cloak replaces both shirt and pants, so compare it to two outfit elements. New elements are new and cool and naturally they are more expensive than old ones.

But some is still strange:
imp swat armor
-damage 22%
-stun 10%
-blind 20%
weight 20
military armor
-damage 25%
-stun 20%

imp military armor

i think military armor should get an 2nd bonus to get besser difference to imp swat armor. Eventually 5% poison reduction or something other.

Other point is price of ".50 12.7mm" and "SS190 5,7mm" ammo. Both are much expensive. SS190 is for P90 and this weapon could only use in maximal range of 8. In view of Cold, AK, Sig or Aut or all heavy guns its much more expensive to use this weapon. Same problem for good sniperammo. You can shoot only one per turn (8ap), very expensive price per shoot. Just 10bullets per stack many negative points for his in view of all other weapons. That means not balance of game just the balance of prices.
Eventually you could change weapon discription. You show just the kind of ammo the weapon want, but it isnt show how many bullets will use per shoot. For example I was confused first time i use neo and get out of ammo after 4 shoot. As i use BenelliM4 i could shoot 20times with same kind of ammo.
