- artifacts with flashing, dazzling, stunning, stoned modifiers now have their blind and stun effects dependant to AP.
- sinister artfacts now have x1.8 maximum damage instead of x2
- artifact of level 15 now has 20% chance to decrease
- milkors and thumpers now more sensitive to blind if your Rocket Launcher skill is very high.
- increased damage of Gunblade and Punisher, last one now has 8 range
- now you can abort game only if there are at least 4 players playing it

atention atention this player spoke to me yesterday and tould me he was a player from my clan...he said this was his second acc and i should kick the other to enter him...after a while a msg comes in from the player i kicked...and says " why you kick me man...?you know im not RED-BEE right? "
he explains and after many time talking i knew something was wrong...i askerd him some Q's and i kicked him couse he lied to me afd my clan!!!i tell this to all clans so they dont trust a lying person like this...shame you name youre self BEE ☹

I did not play before the update.
About clans, the MEMBER accounts must be used for such asks, not new ones - otherwise, BLACKLIST the fake account. And... instead of ?ref=name in ref-links, make special codes that new players can use. Email owner duplication detector must be set in to prevent mirroring (making a "mirror" account on a different email with "referrer" and giving it to someone, against whom you fight, and ,by leveling that account, grants you ENKs).

i just found a gun that is dazzling flashing and i think something is wrong.
Dazzling gun that takes 4 AP to shoot does 24% blind
Flashing gun that takes 4 AP to shoot does 12% blind
So shouldnt Dazzling Flashing do 36% blind?
the one i have only does 30%

I have the same question, but is about a gun with 7 ap cost (a svd)
A dazzling gun give 6% flash and a flashing give 3%, but a dazzling flashing svd give only 4.2% per AP.
So shouldnt Dazzling Flashing do 63% blind? Or at least 40% as before the update

But a Dazzling Flashing PM Makarov will give 18% blind...
A gun that use 2 AP to give 18% blind is too powerfull, no?
