Ps: Range 1-10 ( poison 6 😁 )
PsII: Poisoned = poison 3

The reason for the variance in Poisoned and Noxious is that the keywords do have a bit of variance in their powers. I'm still trying to figure out which one is more effective, if either is better than the other.
