Its not about the hp its not about the nerfs.
Its about you making us waste our money changing our units into something we don't want
Wasting our time and money is the issue here to me.
I spent hard earned money makin my characters into something I enjoy
With your changes you have wasted my money
And turned my units into something I do not like
Do you even care you have wasted my money

I do not want the mastery perks now and I do not want the dieter if it means it leads to - 20 hp and I am not happy with my units that I SPENT MONEY ON!!!!!

The right thing to do is reset all related perks if your cashers are not happy
We spend money making our units the way we like
If I wasn't a casher I'd have no say in this matter
But I have spent way to much money making my units into something I enjoy
Think bigger. You spend money at this game and you can reskill your units like you want. With changes you can change too. You said it dosn't matter for No-Cashers but i think a player who just can skill his units by level up he will hit much more harder by changes because he must plan for a long time and he cant use the perfect mix of skills and perks for every level.
What i want to say its not just sad for cashers like you or me. Its sad for all player which plan their own style. But most time the changes not so exremely. For example the nerf of mine wasn't important for my style. bers take this skills and perks back and i take it again. I cant use other skills or perks because the want other perks to harm.
At start of the game reskilling wasn't a option because the shop no exists but all love this as he resett all skills and perks of all accounts because many chances all over the time.
But now i dont think -20 health is so much important for winning a match like some player discribe. If you think so, you never should fight against a player without a clan because it is unfair of your additinal 20 health of clanskills 😉
At end i hope we all hit us in the middle. Bers give some resettings if he change something and the community look more at the whole game and not only at the privat advantages.

Yeah I do think I over reacted alittle.
But honestly say you went out to a movie lets say terminator 4.
You get the the front you buy your ticket, your ticket reads terminator 4
You enter the cinema itself sit down to watch the movie all excited and happy
The movie finally comes on and guess what its actually terminator 1
What reaction would you have wouldn't you be mad you paid for something in particular and got something else instead
I would march out of the movie and demand my money back becasue it wasn't the movie offered me and was not the movie I wanted to see
The ticket read terminator 4 not terminator 1
Same applies here I paid for something in particular it was changed on me when least expected into something I did not pay to see ☺
When this happens you deserve a refund / a reset because what you paid for is not what u got.
Right ?
Thats the only reason I reacted that way, I am a firm believer that I should get what I paid for.
And I haven't in this situation

With your example at cinema. You have a card for free entry of a month. You see all movies you want. Just the last was wrong and now you want i new free-entry for the next month.
Bers mean mastery isn't reduced and the same like before. Just a little useless if you just take mastery-perk for getting the special perk dieter. But this is not the problem of admins that is just a problem of the player. You just can appeal to goodwill of bers but it is failed.

I agree with you but not totally, if Darken have already changed his units with the purpose to change it into 2 units with Dieter and reset his skills into mastery of assualt guns before this change I agree with Darken.

I had exact situation - i've reset about 10 perks just for get 2 dieters and i done it a day before changes...

what about this thread is ? You all want whole assault riffles line reset ?
its insane, i told you why...
When mines was nerfed by dmg, administration consider to reset whole mines perks because some players feel bad about they configuration with high ap per mine and low dmg, BUT THAT WAS DMG CHANGE, what mean usage of perks of mine weapons was nerfed, no just 1 perk as it is in Dieter case, i could understand players request to reset whole assault rifles perks when administration will change all assault riffles max dmg -20%(its not cahnging usage of your assault riffle its about usage of your movement points and this not fit to assault rifles usage anyway), but in this case is changed only 1 PERK...so be polite and dont overact, trust me 20 HP in this or that way dont make any difference 😉 btw i think changing from -1 regeneration to -20 hp is better, becuase with 1 regeneration you can regenerate 20 hp in 20 turns or less if have more regeneration skill (i bet you have more than 3☺
anyway...
your clan leader (this to people who are in clans) should change clan perks to "mass HP" which can prevent this easy, but we here touch some off topic about clan perks reset so i leave it for your consideration

if i bought a mono printer, and after 2 months vendor add to this same printer i bought previously free laser/scanner but the total speed of this printer was lowered and now such bundle is availible in shoops, can i demand my money back because now is availible new version of this printer with laser/scanner but print slowly ?
