So if i understand right:
1 pack of premium ammo (for example 9mm) is a free +1 Luck perk +1 Heavy Hand perk + about 10 skill points in proper weapon?

Correct about luck and heavy hand perks but you cant compare that to weapon skills, cause 1 skill point is usually +0,5% damage and +0,5% chance to hit, while here is a constant + to damage disregarding weapon and skills.

You can kill people and take their improved ammo off the bodies like you normally do with any other item.

I do not think this will make that much of a difference for 20 or 30+ players, but just think of those players who have a small account equpped with good weapons from their "big" account AND those bullets. All normal players in low lev will have no chance then anymore, its hard to get those overpowered equipped lowies already but with this ammo.....😕
Its just about money again, but will take fun of the game for new players. I agree with Knutisgut in this point and would kindly ask to think about it again.
And yes i use cash aswell, but still i have this opinion, cause i want more and lots of new players.
This would be anyway lot more lucrative to gain cash i think instead of bringing these bullets to the game.

Most $ items are CHEATING!!! Let's only use VISUAL things in cash shop. Let's create a set of special Rulebooks for us to play Gunrox with. We need FAIR playing, not sucky cheating. Quit harassing each other with cheats, artifacts, etc - or this will be another S3cond l!fe...

Yes, I agree with this, it is not as if these players need any more advantages.
IMO the greatest challenge of Gunrox is to get rid of or at least drastically reduce cheating. It has become so bad it is hard to find a fair fight. This will kill the game unless something is done. More active and fair moderators should be one step on the way, as well as stronger punishment for the spies and quitters.

The best way to earn money is a game with many, many fair and friendly players. Not just a small elite of players who pay for every possibilty to cheat. You know im a chasher too, but i dont want pay for unfair games.
Nearly every mega-battle i play now, all player want and agree with no using arts. Because now most arts are very overpowered because used gamble. But this kill the main-sense of your game. Please find other ways to earn money but not ways like gamble or this ammo.
For example a new kind of matches: moneymatches.
All player must pay to play for example 1000cash. The winner / winnerteam win that chash but only 90%. 10% for you.
1vs1 both pay 1000 Ecash. winner take 1800Ecash, 200 you.
At such games its not possible to use arts or superammo!
Or a kind of clantourney. At a special area you pay for every match 10Echash. So with every match the pot grow. The clan with most earned exp in this area after 24hours/ 1 week or something like that will earn this pot. Some percent for you. Maybe the first 3 clans get differnt percents of the pot if you want a bigger chance to win.
But please no more supporting-cheater-updates.

I agree that the game is turning unfair, cause here Money = Power (as anywhere), but looking on the other way, as i read here, the special ammo gives a bit more dmg, +1% crit chance and +5% crit hit power, this isn't much, and u need to pay 1.9x (p90 and barret); 6.3x (all the other ammo) and 7.8x (explosives) the normal price of the ammo, that price is not worth that little advantage.
Who pay for this is stupid.
It's just my opinion, and i really don't care if someone use this ammo against me in a game...

I should hold my tongue but...
I've been trying to remain silent because I KNOW I'm going to get flamed for this post but oh well....here goes...
To all those who think cash is "Cheating":.....L.....O.....L!!!
I think its funny that its not enough to be able to play a game for FRIGGIN FREE!!!...and not just any game...a game that comes out with MANY updates!!! This game is growing and still they have chosen to keep it free!
Take a look at other free games and you will usually see: 1) Annoying 3rd-Party advertizing...Gunrox has none of this. 2) Poor updates...Gunrox is very current. 3) Major restrictions from certain "game areas" or "equipment"....Gunrox allows all non-cashers FULL ACCESS to maps and to equipment when/if won off other players or found in boxes.
So i think all non-cashers that want to moan and B**** over updates that encourage cash purchasing - need to take a chill pill!!! Stop and think about the fact that you are playing a game that has cost a crazy amount of money to produce and its not FREE to keep the servers running and updates current.
At any time they could slap a monthly fee on this game and many people would STILL PLAY IT. Yes, they would lose many players, but those players are not making Enkord any cash. And if the game is good enough, which i KNOW it is, eventually, enough paying players will come.
HOWEVER, thankfully, money is not the ONLY goal of the developers. They want players to be able to enjoy the game for free! So PLEASE, realize that not all games have this goal, and be a bit more thankful for the fact that you can log on and take up "digital space" on thier servers while u enjoy playing something that costs you NOTHING.
If its not fun, find a game that is, but I have looked and Gunrox is very original....so good luck finding another free game like it. And as for all of you who can't get past the art changes, gambling machine, and new ammo...wow...get off your butts and support the game a bit so its here for many years to come.

***disclaimer*** This type of post is very unlike me. I'm just so sick of this type of complaining as I own my own company and know what it takes to keep things going. I am speaking only to those who moan and complain about all cash options while not supporting the game themselves. To those who don't like the changes, but DO support the game with cash purchasing, i'm sure your concerns are noted. My post is not directed at you. And for those who can't afford to buy cash or don't want to...but don't throw a fit about it...thank you.

While Notorious said it straight I want to summarize.
Now as the game gets more stable and polished we need to recoup our money spent into development and server equipment, therefore updates like gambling and better ammo are inevitable. Cause if we wont make enough money from this game it makes no sense to continue developing it.
Bitching about how we are ripping free players off is counter-productive as I am trying hard to compromise on these changes not to make them ruin GUNROX. And I think those changes are bearable as ammo gives very minor advantage and artifacts can be taken away by killing owner. (Personal ones have small attrition so they only last a few battles).
So instead of complaining better think positive as more people will spend money on such ammo, the more money we will make, will faster recoup our investment and will proceed on interesting gameplay updates like new clan system, etc.
Threat your payments not like puchases of expensive ammo but like donations to keep the game running.

Gunrox is the best semi free to play turn based game out thier I agree
But since Noto wants to talk other games online here.
Why not look at Battle for Wesnoth for instance....not as good as gunrox but is just as successful and is 100 % free
But Gunrox is still the best by far, I've looked into almost every game out thier turn based wise........before coming here.
Thier are other options, but yes this is the best one.
Cashing isn't cheating, just gives players the advantage of havin whatever they want.
