The *NEW* Gunrox Artifact Encylopedia
Well, since onetower's not updating his FAQ, I think I'll re-do my original encyclopedia with the new modifiers and updates.
WEAPON MODIFIERS
Skill Related *NOT COMPLETE*
Accessible - Weapon Skill requirements are reduced by 4 points
Forgiving - Weapon Skill requirements are reduced by 5 points
Casual - Weapon Skill Requirements are reduced by 10 points
Epic - Weapon Skill requirements are reduced by 20 points
Legendary - Weapon Skill requirements are reduced to 0 points. Also removes perk requirements
Damage Related
Dangerous - Weapon's minimum damage is increased
Sinister - Weapon's maximum damage is increased by 50%
Critical - Weapon deals an extra 50% critical hit damage (does not stack with normal damage - only the critical hit damage is modified)
Cleaving - Weapon causes more critical hits
Deadly - Weapon causes the maximum damage to be dealt before armor is factored in - also does not notice Sinister modifier
Piercing - Weapon ignores armor damage resistance ratings
Status Related
Poisoned - Weapon causes mild poison damage to be inflicted. Poison damage is proportional to weapon's average damage
Noxious - Weapon causes severe poison damage to be inflicted. Poison damage is proportional to weapon's average damage
Stunning - Weapon causes a mild stun effect to the target. Stun effect is proportional to the weapon's AP usage
Stoned - Weapon causes a severe stun effect to the target. Stun effect is proportional to the weapon's AP usage
Flashing - Weapon causes a mild blind effect to the target. Blind effect is proportional to the weapon's AP usage
Dazzling - Weapon causes a severe blind effect to the target. Blind effect is proportional to the weapon's AP usage
Ammunition Related - Some weapons do not receive the full power of these modifiers (some shotguns especially)
Bronze - Weapon uses 1 fewer rounds per attack
Copper - Weapon uses 2 fewer rounds per attack
Silver - Weapon uses only 1 round per attack
Golden - Weapon uses only 1 9mm round per attack, regardless of weapon
Platinum - Weapon does not require ammunition for attacks
Statistical Related
Godly - Weapon AP Usage is reduced by 1
Durable - Weapon's Attrition gets 10x more attrition points
Ageless - Weapon has infinite attrition, also does not show attrition in-game
Lightened - Weapon's weight is reduced by 40%. Also effects upgrades attached to the weapon.
Weightless - Weapon's weight is always 0, this includes the effect of upgrades
Accurate - Weapon's accuracy is increased (this halves your chances of "scratching")
Sureshot - Weapon's accuracy is always 100%, even when unit is blinded
Special Effects
Paralyzing - Weapon may "disarm" target. A "disarmed" foe's current weapon is dropped. Can be used to bypass the personal keyword
Disarming- Weapon frequently "disarms" targets. A "disarmed" foe's current weapon is dropped. Can be used to bypass the personal keyword
Weakening - Weapon causes target's armor attrition to drop faster
Corrosive - Weapon causes target's armor attrition to drop very quickly
Personal - Weapon is returned to unit if unit dies, weapon is also removed from battle. Does not work if weapon is not in the unit's inventory when that unit is killed

It's not his FAQ, it's *THE* FAQ and you can update it too, you are moderator after all 😉

Yet I don't have a **** clue how he did his links at the current moment. He did a very good job answering the common questions about the artifacts though. 🙄

He did his links with the postcount number. (upper Corner right side of a posting for example #4 of this posting).
Both FAQ's are good. onetower's because if someone ask, you can link the answer direktly. Your FAQ's because more overview without clicking or scrolling.

Yes, my suggestion would be editing onetower's one since it is most convenient and comprehensive - includes various subjects. You can also add any common other question to that FAQ, it's not final and can be edited.

Wait a second... I had an epic Colt M4 that didn't have any skill requirements... maybe it's reduced by 20 skill points? Someone confirm please?

I can now confirm that epic reduces skill points by a FIXED amount, not by a percentage. Updating the entries to reflect this...

Humm blessed doesn't increase weapon max range, it decreases weapon minimal range by 1.

Holy is +1 max range and sacred is +2 max range

weakening, corrosive and piercing?
i have a list of magic definition on microsoft Word. I dont remeber where i got it from but it says
"Piercing - Target's Armor Attrition drops a little faster.
Corrosive - Target's Armor Attrition drops faster.
Weakening - Target's Armor Attrition drops rapidly"
so can anyone tell me which is better "weakening" or "corrosive". also if anyone knows by how much they lower the attrition.
