I think this build good for 200k tournaments like on new year,gunrox birthday etc
For Level 14
Milkor+F1+Bat=If in position can shot f1 first then milkor ☺
F1+schu =Sucide unit go kami+mine 100% kill
Ak47+Benail M4=14 ap/mp unit which can be used for scouting :P

Best build? Heres one of them:
3x grenades + 3x mines.
Reasons:
1. Instant kill
2. Deadly kamikaze (if ur red life)
3. Traps are deadly and annoying.
If you soo careful and not so unlucky, you can just either win or draw.

it depends on lvl what type of build is the best - on 15 lvl are best units with crowbars 14 ap on 20 neos on 25 spanners ....

I already started this discussion in community on Orkut, and now decided to create a topic here.
it really depends on several factors and such as the player likes to play.
builds the most complete in my opinion are: (it amounts to play both, 1-1 and MEGAS)
45 +: Live, Lil_god, Mercenary and Belladona
40-45: Terran, Hron, Lover, _Wellon_, Thiagogogo,
35 - 40: fifi_lg, lora, CS_Source, BEEblunt
without forgetting the people who have great builds for a particular type of game:
Pimenta and BEEmine for megas and GodisdeadPL for x1.
I know nobody who has the perfect build
