So....
Now this chase we put in front of desk,and still didn't received any correct reply or any promis to fix that.We can see almost everywhere the rate down +- 70%.ElPlomero,I'll be the next one who stop charge cash until we have better rate.
Less cash >>> more farming >>> break the game's rules >>> more bann >>> never be a good game like we wish.
(Less $$$$$$$$$$ at real for some one earning $$$ from game)

i get headache after reading all this posts in "Engrisch" and this all kids thoughts make me sick 😡 (dont want to talk here about rates of real money to EC, its not my purpose)
To all of smashers here: previously YOU HAVE NOT other way to charge EC instead Credit Card, so next time better choose carefuly your words about "stealing" and other kinds of "thievery" until you graduate and learn more about taxes, roaming fee's and overal money cycle in the world, because now, you treat money only as a CASH which is brought to you by your parents.

We all know you are a bridge between the players and Enkord, so I'm very sympathetic to the pressures that you encounter when faced with questions of the players.
We have no intention of breaking with the horizontal position but hopefully you can provide feedback from the players to Enkord.Game also a product and I think that the object is to keep people Enkord used regularly and frequently, that is to keep the quality rather than quantity users of your product.
Enkord plenty of consultants to set out a strategy, but sometimes not the general idea of what is right.
- Keep the EC accepted the price higher costs to keep the number of users then increase their consumption of EC up with new products in the game
or
- Raise prices by EC accepts input costs reduce the number of users of EC
In my opinion this is probably two ways you should get a choice,hoping players will facilitate greater use of Enkord products. Thanks.

I also agree that some people used these word as ''stealing'' or '' thievery'' is not right..But players may asked and order to explain their question without necessarily learning about taxes, roaming fee's or overal money cycle in the World. Explanation also requires a constructive. hope you do not call them ''smasher'',calling them like that is considered smasher.What do you think when you complain about high prize of gas and the seller recommend you learn more about chemical and warfare?Don't talk with patronizing to keep the name ''onetower'',or the name will change to ''onlyone'' ?

back to rates: players must understand that cellphone providers have so high fee's, as berserker said Enkord get only 15% of money you charge by sms, if we take hipotetic situation when you charge 10$ you should normaly get 22000 EC which is best option in credit card payment, if we treat is as right and profit exchange exchange - we should be happy of getting 22000 EC, but if you will send sms for 10$ you get only 15% of 22000 = 3300 EC, i understand this is not acceptable, but as i said at top of my post, players must accept that if they want to charge cash by sms, 85% of their exchanged money are consumed by cellphone operator, such high stake is not maded by Enkord, as i know Enkord was heavily involved since last year to find as fast as possible more adequate way to earn EC by brasilian players, because they are majority of this game, so that why iam dissapointed that some players call it thievery and stealing, this words are adressed to wrong person/company, the bad guys are cellphone providers
IMHO such 85% fee is realy not acceptable, but probably it is only way to allow SMS paying system for brasilian players

Thanks *onetower for clearly explanation.Cause it's changed fast in suddenly and I just thought that Enkord and cellphone provider can make a deal abt % of fee.I don't have anymore question abt SMS's rate.
Hope Enkord find out as soon as possible some other way to help us easy to charge and play with acceptable prize,and not even Brasil.

i think thats necessary to make another way to put cash bers , only for braziliam , another way to reduce this taxes , plz lets try to see im studying i going to bank to see what is possible plz go there is your bank and ask the people for another way plz !! i dont want to stop play because money , this game is so fun but without cash we cant play !!! i plz adms and people make order and educate for study this problem not insult nobody stolen nothing here is a forum and we need to find a way for braziliam cash players tank you.

First of all thats a global game. I dont like to the idea of pricereduces just for on country like brazil. Then i want to say thx for the new option for getting ecash. The offers of regnow give us a good exchange but i always must wait around 2 weeks after order with banktransfers and also pay an adittional fee of 9ˆ. Now with same offers at SuperRewards i get my ecash within a few seconds without fee.
But now i want to look at the common problem. Creditcard is the best option to pay but isn't the most used paying option for the community of gunrox. Reason: No dominations of creditcard at some country and our big lowage-community just with pocket money
Banktransfers is a good alternative for adult-player without creditcard but not avaible at all countrys.
SMS/pay per call is the most used payment-method of low-age-player. Its easy to handle and small offers. But excatly thats also the bad side. Small offer but high processing fee means a small (nearly useless) exchange for players.
For players: Please dont say Enkord / bers stole something of you. Nobody must pay but will all want a big community of players and also many of them who pay for some nice features or items.
I just hope bers will find a good compromise about the actuall situation. The old situation was bad for Enkord because they gave us ecash for a very low dividend. Now players around level 20 must pay around 3 Euro for a complete new unit-equipment. If you lose a 1vs1 within 10-15 min its to expensive to play.

gunrox join the company with a peer-to-click that automatically turns the money into dollar cash Enkord. The good thing is that this money will not come from parents of players, besides the money intended for gunrox there will be no processing of currency (real-dollar), also will be easier and more profitable to buy Enkord cash for those without cards credit. Who wins: the ptc site that users would have the players gunrox that would have some money in their accounts in cash Enkord, and the owner of the game that would earn money from the dollar to Enkord transformation.
the difference of the previous idea for me is the so-called automatic processing of Enkord dollar for cash.
