We are about to release to general public new feature - Artifact Market.
This market will allow players to trade arts for Enkord Cash among each other in a safe and convenient way. You will be able to buy, sell, browse items, do private deals and auctions. Time of cheating sellers are over.
Today we've added Artifact Market for admins to test. Within this week it will be available to all players of level 20 or higher for extensive testing and afterwards to the general public. Stay tuned.

😡😡 100E to sell, 100E to change price, 100e to bid, and then you have to charge NEW cash!!!?!?😕?!? This is SAD!!!! A lot of people will not use this feature because you need to charge new cash, and that means less people paying for cash. If a casher has 20k E and spends 10k on an art then once he runs out he will still buy more... Please change it!

Fraudulent payments may come up after 6 months or even more.
Really? Sad the hear. Im suprised i always thought creditcard-payments are a fast and save way of payments for seller and costumer with fast detections of fraudulences and a responsibility at credit-institute. 6months are really bad for all.

Actually, I've experienced the use of fraudulent cards being used to purchase items from my company in the past.

Never. I repeat, NEVER, does a merchant get SHUT DOWN or BANNED by an authority or locked out as a result of receiving stolen cash, purchase order, credit cards, etc. At least not in the United States. However, if the government---in this case you or some other official in Gunrox---can prove that both the purchaser and seller corroborated such a scam, then yes... by all means... penalize them both! ... to the severest! But don't assume that of all people. Your policy makes such a bold statement by threatening to ban both seller and buyer.
Listen, I won't pretend anything (although it was cute of you to suggest such a naive approach) and assume anything. I'm not your average user simply on the basis of age, income, and maybe even educational status.
I'm simply clear: if my account is banned because some procurer bought my art(s), I will walk away, finito. Why? I spend hundreds of dollars a month on this game and for a petty (how much,... $20) amount I will have to pay tribute for the wrongful act of another person.
No way. Not in a free and democratic society.
Until such a crazy thing happens, I will enjoy the time I spend in this game...

Btw, it hasn't been a while since I've signed legal documents, lol, I do that on a regular basis.
This post probably goes to my best 5 posts list. I agree with every word.
I will sell arts and will use this market feature.
I do however have a simple compromise :
If the situation mentioned above happens (a buyer use fraudulent payment
and buy an art from the seller) , Auto ban the buyer and warn the seller
as well as destroy the art.
A warned player will probably wont do this again!
Like I said , I will use the market because its a one of the freatures i am
paying for hundreds of hundreds of dollars per year.
I think the chances this will happen to me are slim to none. but I will never
allow myself to suffer from other people frauds PERIOD.

Not of coz. For each art which you want to buy you have to charge each time. do you like it =) i am loving it =)))) System of Nippel =)

I read russian and english discussion and i see nobody want to be banned for nothing. I see solution from that situation.
Just do not let charge money for arts by credit card! and that is it.
And by the way i am sure Bers will not ban. =)so be happy dont worry =) this is just intimidation. What do you want to see? instead of that warning. something like that: WE accept any stolen credit cards. Just write it to us, we need fast transfer it on another offshore account. And will glad to see you agian.
But better use western union and send money to Bers at home he will charge it by himself =)

Because this is the only way we can track money and prevent frauds. If we allow transfering cash from account this will lead to people charging with stolen credit card and then spreading cash all over the world thus makeing it impossible to revert and punish. With current option only 2 people are involved - seller and buyer, so when chargeback comes we know that one of those two people is guilty thus we block only their accounts.
I am not absolutely pleased about this situation, but we don't have much choice. It must be like it is or no market at all.

Ok, if you enable free cash trade, some stolen cash will be spread into Gunrox system.
BUT -
1. If you can track the cash source, the original seller will get banned anyway.
2. The fact that people pay alot of cash just to display they'r items in market, balance it.
3. Maybe you should raise the minimum lvl allowed to trade to 7-8, so people will think twice befor getting banned.
Looking forward to use this system myself one day... but not under these conditions.

Even if you can track cash source you still can determine which accounts in the chain are legit and which are not, thus you must punish whole chain including legit players. Bad idea.
