I said this 100 times before and 1 ime again, no moderator could help you at questions around payments.
We mods don't have access to the pages of paymentproviders or at the database. We also don't know how much ecash you have or what transfers are still in progress.
If you have problems around payments, send a mail at support(at)enkord(dot)com or the best way is to contact your payment provider they take your money and don't give the commands and transfers to Enkords.
So don't be sad if we mods don't answer because there is a simple reason we can't answer or help you.
