Im sorry but no proof of profile.. No profile. If you dont have a confirmation email he has no real reason to help you. Although he can trace ips of accounts you been on, but multiple ips on one account wont help you. If its a frequent ip and a ip that has been recently used but not frequent he can ban it, given the proper information. Im very douptful of the situation.
