I create new acc "Bulgaria", but no confirmation email came, so i cant use cash shop.

Double check you didn't miss-type your email. Go to "Change Email" on the GUNROX main screen and use the same email. If it says that this email is already in use then use the following steps.
Go into the Cash Shop onto your account and it will ask you "would you like to resend confirmation email?". Click yes and check your email and it should be there. Also check Spam folder.
