So we all arrive 10 mins before our game 2300 EST in the USA (this is the time that Gunrox let me select after yesterdays game) for our games. And we find that Gunrox has moved the time of the game 1 hour early with no notification!
CANCEL THIS TOURNAMENT OR put us back in the tournament! LOOK AT THE TIME ON MY COMPUTER!

Still waiting for this bug to be fixed, or maybe this whole tournament was fixed.
Put all the people that Gunrox TKO at the last play time of round 2, back into the tournament now.

From my own investigating, because Gunrox is programmed with Ukraine time, the Ukraine had daylight savings last night. So anyone that had a game at 23:00PM EST USA time, were automatically TKO, because the program skipped a whole hour.
Myself and my opponent were both online at the right time for our game, yet we were both TKO.
Please let me know what you are going to do about your unhappy customers, some who purchased items or artifacts to play in this tournament?

There is no technical possibility to alter the tournament when appropriate rounds were closed, but cancelling tournament is out of the question cause it will upset other people who still in it.
I think to settle this issue we will start another exactly same tournament after this one will end. Taking in account that you only played one round at most before time shift issue happened, I think you haven't wasted too much equipment and having second tournament to use your purchased arts will be enough.

Funny thing: Many threads about problems with tournament based at the change of wintertime to summertime. But no player wrote about free e-cash for waiting random. Im sure there could be also problems at the moment of automatical timechange of server.

I don't want talk about 50 E-Cash (btw since last update it should be 100 E-Cash now) And i don't talk about 1 hour waiting i mean only waiting 1 minute at the moment of changing the server-time. The value dosn't matter because wasn't the sense of my posting.
I just want to say everybody cry about strange and bad things happens to him and want the admins solve their problem as soon as possible but other side if something good happens to someone nobody report this and want corrections.
