My clan attacks have not reset for today and everybody else i have talked to has. I only have the 2 evades that I didn't use yesterday.

yes sometimes if u didnt use your attack and evades for one day the day time for change the abilities will come in other time

its not bug, its reseting after 24 hours when you used them or after first use after 24h
