YES! many people dont know it, but whit 80 skill in rocket launchr u will have 0 disper in 40mm. i even left 3 perks to you put in SPLASH RESISTENCE!☺☺ in the old times, mercenary owns everyone whit 3 units like this. but also some time ago you need only 60 skill to have 0 disper in aug laucher, now is 80.
