So, i brought my unit next to doctor to heal....................
Then i clicked on heal icon in bottom..... THEN doctor healed himself!!! did not have a chance to choose who i was going to heal....

It's a bug. Game need to know your position when you click to go, so you can't to be so fast, coz you wait walk!
And it's realy ugly bug, coz 99% cost you win...

So, i brought my unit next to doctor to heal....................
Then i clicked on heal icon in bottom..... THEN doctor healed himself!!! did not have a chance to choose who i was going to heal....
its not really a bug. You did it too quickly. The unit you were trying to heal either wasn't at your doctor yet, or you clicked the med before the game registered that you were standing next to a unit. To prevent this, wait an extra 1/2 second until the blue arrow shows up.
