I got the reset feature as a reward, but I can reset only the first unit, not the other 2, although it correctly displays I have one reset available.

yes it does show that but it does say (1unit perk reset)
in order to reset all 3 you will have to buy the number of resets that you need
it says that in cash shop whenever you try to buy one
