i stunned a lot and didn't move
but after i waited 3 days

I think you do not win , and so she does not move =)))
and if not joking, then you changed the clan, and now wait until you reach 500 wins, for silver, after which it will begin movement strip, for a gold medal

I suggest you take a print screnn of you medal bar, save on your PC and some time after take another print.
superimpose the 2 images and you'll see bar evolution. this was what I did with my random medal.☺

For Gold Medal You need 1000 wins staying at same clan. If you changed your clan the counter start again. This doesn't mean your maximum progress is reduced because with this you would win iron, bronze and silver again.
At least you need same number of wins you did in your clan before. After your reach this your progress-bar will grow again.

As for as i know ageless arts dont count for stun, blind and poisen medal. Maybe durable arts too but im not sure about.
