To you know the dmg of the weapons with certain skill u must do:
(Your Skill Number*Gun-dmg-whit-0-skil*0,005) + (Gun-dmg-with-0-skill ) = Dmg of the gun whit skill.
the occurracys is 1% for each 2 skill.
tell me how many skills u have and i can tell you.
