KANE26 - Accused of allegedlystealing Arts by not aborting in an abort game!!
BACKGROUND - Kane26 is a known cheater and swindler, but I decided to give him a chance in my clan. Everyone deserves a second chance. I laid down some rules about not cheating and stealing from our clan members or from allies of Noxious.
WHAT IS ALLEDGED TO HAVE HAPPENED?: Kane26 went into an abort game with -ThisIsGunrox- (Clan Toxicity member - our trusted allies), Saidm37 and No_Mercy. It was a 2v2 game where Kane26 and Saidm37 were teaming against -ThisIsGunrox and No_Mecry. At some point everyone decided its time to abort but Kane26 did not abort, and people got killed and he ALLEGEDLY took some valuable arts including a legendary sureshot chainsaw, a godly vinto and a Aug of some description.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO?: Kane26 is denying everything while everyone else is claiming he didn't abort, killed them and stole their extremely valuable arts. What would you do? After considering all the evidence, I have found Kane26 guilty of lying about stealing arts, not agreeing to an abort game, stealing arts of our allies and lying to a clan leader. One thing this scrub has to learn about is teamwork.
Let me give a little speech on teamwork through the medium of youtube. I (Cruentus) and the guy with the bat, Kane26 is the guy with the cigar. Please watch this and learn Kane26:

A while ago Kane tried to con me into a "2x1 abort game" (Knowing you can't do that i did not accept) Also, he kept urging me to fight him and his clanmates with all of my arts (I had legendary minigun, vulcan, gunblade) it all just seemed a little off. I talked to _Explosion_ and he said that he has a history of stealing arts, so I ignored him.
Bottom line: Kane tried to take my arts.
If somebody can get a picture of Kane agreeing to the terms of an abort game and then not aborting, we can ban him. Because in the rules it states:
"Law-breaking with deceiving other players.
Deceiving other players (including cheating while trading, breaking trade conditions, stealing someone's property).
Extortion/blackmailing."
"Possible punishments for law-breakings above:
1. Silencing player.
2. Temporarily or permanent account blocking (banning).
Punishments could be combined or delayed. "
And i'm pretty sure "not aborting" classifies as deceiving players.
The reason i'm so passionate here is that this happened to me today and has happened to many other people. Berserker i urge you to please add an official "abort game" option for games. This could easily fix this problem with abort games.

you lose with those arts when u fight vs others full arts.. and have a bad map

And one more thing. To all those people who play Abort games, YOU ARE RETARDED! Abort games are a disaster waiting to happen. What do you expect when finally someone gives into temptation and steals your arts or if the clock timer runs past 30 minutes and you cannot abort or if someone goes afk for longer than 30 minutes for some unexplained reason.

No, I don't like kane26 personaly, but what presented in this thread is nothing to ban for. Abort games are not officially supported by the game, it's like you are cheating the game, but when suddenly you fail while cheating the game dont expect the administration to help you out. Maybe kane26 broke your "abort game rules" but he didn't break any GUNROX game rules so you shoulds deal with him yourself - boycott him or ignore him, or anything, just do it without breaking the rules yourself.
