Milkpr only needs 20 skills so all skills will be shared between scout and heal

If you use doctor, put it on an SVD because he will be far back. Also, no need to put critical perks yet because you only level 9. Those units "doom" aren't good at low level.
SVD, (level 12 use doctor), melee points for close range (bat) - make this unit big in weight for more meds
Milkor, Bat (not shotgun since you gonna be tanker/miner or medikits, you won't have enough perks), Traps for houses (or red meds if you like) - make this a tanker unit
M60, Benelli M3, nades - I have this unit with 13 ap, is really effective, one of my favorite units.
I try to keep it at the base of your first post with the Milkor, SVD, M60. Make your final decisions on what you like, that's only my opinion.
PS, don't worry about stuff like the Luck perks, they suck at your level..

For mega
I think you can chose perks and skill for mega is hard all depend what do you.
If you want to be camper and still alive all mega xD
1 UNIT Doom
Sniper,Nades,bat
2 UNIT Doc
Snipers,med,bat
3 UNIT Machine gunner
Machine guns,shotgun,meds/mine
This is my perspective
Now if you want attack for your team and kill much units
1 UNIT Tank
Milkor,shotgun,mines/meds
2 UNIT Doc
Assault rifle,meds,bat
3 UNIT Shelter
Nades,Submachine guns,mines/meds
This is my other perspective

thnx guys this is a very good build for me why don't you make the TANKER shelter, the SNIPER doctor, and MACHINE GUN with +1 ap?? Its much more solid.
