No, I don't like kane26 personaly, but what presented in this thread is nothing to ban for. Abort games are not officially supported by the game, it's like you are cheating the game, but when suddenly you fail while cheating the game dont expect the administration to help you out. Maybe kane26 broke your "abort game rules" but he didn't break any GUNROX game rules so you shoulds deal with him yourself - boycott him or ignore him, or anything, just do it without breaking the rules yourself.
Its not about Kane "not aborting," its about kane26 willingly and knowingly stealing our property! (AND ITS AGAINST THE RULES OF THE GAME!)

Thats funny. Its says on the "GUNROX RULES" section that deceiving other players is a bannable offence. (I have highlighted it in my attached screenshot) How can it be not part of the rules when it is there in plain english under the GUNROX RULES header?
Perhaps you should re-read your own rule section. Yes, but it depends on what to consider "stealing". If I start to enforce behaviour like kane26's, I will have to enforce similar activities and soon I will have to ban people who didn't let other player to loot after mega, etc. It's a grey area and I prefer to enforce only clear breaches, not to make precedense for a set of other similar events and punishment havoc it may possibly bring.
Don't forget, this game is about war and competition, it's not 100% documented sports. I believe his actions might be a bit dirty, but so were godi and hung who attacked voltron with body parts before they were about to defend their outpost to get silver statue. And I can name quite a few such "dirty" actions. If I would ban people for that, the game will be not that fun as players will start to complain on each other all the time (and they do even now!) You don't even imagine what kind of ridiculous reports we mods receive from time to time. Imagine us taking care of that each time, that would be beyond stupidity.

I dont think mentioned actions of kane26 can be considered as a breaking the rules of the game because his activity wasn't too far from a regular scavenging. Aborts were made to be used in extreme cases, not to play the game with abort in mind right from the start. Knowing that you will abort from the start makes the game predetermined and is close to a fake fight in my opinion. The fact that we don't punish for such games doesn't mean that we encourage them so play them on your own risk.
To clarify game rules here is what can be considered stealing:
1. Gaining items of other player through malicious activity - i.e. killing your own teammate to loot his stuff
2. Hacking into other player's account to transfer his items to your account without his consent.
3. Using bugs or game glitches to obtain other person's items (there are no such bugs known at the moment, but theoretically anything can happen).
Obtaining items in the regular game is not stealing, no matter what do you agree for with your opponent. Crying about kane26 now is the same as crying that someone took arts into Fame or mega when everyone agrees to play without arts.
I do understand people who were upset because of kane26 and I feel sorry for you, but asking administration to take care of it is stupid. He has 2 bans already, and I am sure he will gets 3rd permanent one, but it will happen not because he robbed a few naive players in abort games ☺
And stop posting agressive and insulting comments, this will bring you nowhere except being banned. Better try to understand what I am talking about.
