the grenade dexterity make the 0 disp grenade splash ?this is bug or ...? the perk information not mention that☹

Do You know how does dexterity perk work? if You want have granade 0 disp You must to have 60 skill over grenade You are using, example: if You want have hand nade 0 disp with dexterity perk You must have 60 skill in grenades. etc

Read before comment Sara, Your values are true if using nades standard way. If You throw nade using GRANDE DEXTERITY PERK skill is lowered by 20 and that value is true for dispersion.
