*my retailer/ company that provides the card called me and said it was used . but no enkord.. is there something wrong? tried 5 credit card attempts from 5 different cards.

ok now this is somewhat unsatisfying..
my company bank "union bank" visa
billed me almost 10$ which is something to be not underlooked yes its worth something...
bers i hope your not getting me but i wasnt credited i tried creditting my account for 10,000 enkord but for the first it didnt came and i tried again and still it said that payment information failed.. but today the bank called and said that i just spent 10$ in my card and i said no i didnt cause it didnt went it.. it said it failed and yep it didnt... now i gotta pay 10$ where i didnt get anything..
bers can you check? if you dont mind on where that 10$ go... it shouldve gone to me but no.. it didnt.. =.=

they said i purchased but i only did an attempt but nothing came to me. and no reciept was given.. how can you get money from my bank card when ur not giving me a reciept or saying that payment information failed but company said i bought enkord????
god this is not awesome.. :[
i shouldve cliked get free enkord cash and used paypal rather than using regnow.... -.-

cant u atleast give me refund... or something that wont let me down... this transaction was one sided not because im not that knowledgable about how u get money from me but on how u do this thing without a manual or something...
i charged enkord cash years ago.. bout years and it works fine.. but now cuz i used regnow this happens...
cant trust ur regnow now.
