He never changed the area and just played vs beginners all over the time.
With the number of matches he played in past he would be level 15 but he don't like to play vs same level but 3-4 level lower. Because of the very low exp for such matches he is just level 5 not 15 now.
He is simply the new name for noob.

I agree simple Answer he never played games but won by making small accounts level 1-3(very easy) and gave wins to himself by making them quit
