To update your graphic drivers in Windows 7/Vista go to Start > Control Panel > System and Maintenance > Device Manager. From this list double click on Display Adapters. Then right click on the option that becomes available and select "Search automatically for updated driver software" via Internet.
You can usually find the latest drivers on your manufacturer's website as well.
Don't forget to install the latest version of DirectX: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=35
