2 small bugs with hotkeys

I have recently discovered 2 small bugs that occur while using hotkeys. Both of them should be very easily fixable (no more than a few lines of code imo).
First of all placing a flag with hotkey "F" causes sometimes a bug that makes the flag stay in the set position and can not me removed or relocated. This can happen when to use chat function while the flag is set and then selected for repositioning, but instead of setting the new position the player uses chat instead.
Second bug is with switching weapon with hotkey "Q" while walking. Normally a player can switch weapons as many times as he wants for 1 AP. But when you do a weapon switch during movement and then switch again when standing, then it costs 2 AP (1+1).
I hope these descriptions are understandable. I tried to be as detailed as possible.

I am so happy that u realized about this small but annoying bugs. specially then one of the flag that is so important in mega battles...
about changing weapon, never happened to me personally, but i do understand how annoying can be to not kill your opponent because 1 silly ap that u loose while changing weapon...
PLEASE ENKORD FIX THIS!!!

In addition to what tittes said , since were talking about hotkeys , whats the key to throw 40mm, or nade without cliking the nade ? ?

AFAIK there's no hot keys for that.

If you have the nade in hand or use a launcher type weapon then the hotkey for attack is "A". If you are talking about built-in launcher, then I must admit, I have never tested to look for the hotkey, maybe there isn't one.
But let's not talk more offtopic. All this can be discussed in questions section of the forum.

here is hotkeys. if build-in launcher in first slot - so press F1.

I have noted these things happen due internet lags..It happens with doors too when i start to lag and click on doors it costs me 2 ap and the door is still closed and when i open it again it costs another 1 ap =3 ap lost☹
Same with weapon switchs.
Berserker maybe you should make 1 ap cost to change weapon and you can change weapon in that turn whenever you want.☺

I think Control(Ctrl) will work for Grenades if you are aiming indirectly.
