If it's his account, he can pay and continue using it. If it wasn't his account initially, he can pay to unban, but cannot play it, cause it will be banned again.

well i did't know its a rule when i got banned and no one warned me so.... yeah...
the account is the-king though i wish if you did warn me but i guess what happen happened so i though to make it lower cuz i did't get warn or knew its a rule..
i wish you can do that so i can unbanned..🙄
