how am i banned for fraudulent payment bers this has to be a mistake all my charged were from my card and went through with no problems please fix this asap

Contact your bank and/or RegNow. Your bank cancelled the payments so you should talk with them about it.

You should ask that at your bank, this is beyond our competence:
1. We receive message from RegNow that some payment is cancelled and money taken back
2. We remove appropriate amount of Enkord Cash from account in question (+20% chargeback fee)
3. If that account does not have enough Enkord Cash to recoup this deduction, it is locked until it will have proper amount.
All questions about how/why your payments was charged back you should ask at RegNow/your bank. Or maybe you should ask your mom if you used her credit card without her conscent.

i honestly dont care, but calling berserker a douche might not help you out. you need your account back, not a silence if you do. :P just friendly advice
