Probably you have to uninstall and re-install gunrox, or you just have to deactivate your fire wall protection.

If you use Windows 7 then do this...
1:Right Click on gunrox Shortcut
2:Click on Run as administrator
3:Type the password of admin (If there is any)
4:Play the Game!
