The trade is closed for level 1-3 because you start off with 1,000E right? well u could easily make an account that you don't even use that is level one and buy items for another account and trade with friend to trade with you. or just give to a friend. the 1,000E was just enough to get you from 1-4 if you are a good or ok player.
