Hi , I have been a casher for a while , always paying through credit card without problems. On my last order , however , I charged 35,000 ( bough an art ) and never got the money. I had exactly 100E in my acc , so I lost it too. I paid through Paypal , and confirmed the order was processed. I sent an e-mail to support@enkord.com twice , but it bounced back twice with "Mail box quota exceeded" error . I submitted a message through this website and got no answer. I appreciate any help administration could give me.

Does anyone have any suggestion? I tried to e-mail support@enkord multiple times but the e-mail always bounces back. I e-mailed the sales address, no answer. I fill the contact form in this site,no answer. I ask for help to RegNow, they tell me to e-mail support@enkord.com . I am asking Paypal for help but I doubt it will work either. And I have charged many times before using exactly the same procedure and the same card , and never had a problem... :-(

Yes , unfortunately I noticed this. Too bad because the game has a great potential. But when support doesnt work the process of players leaving just becomes faster... For example when I finish the E from my other account, if this is not solved I will be another active casher to leave... Wish the game would be evolving and player base gettin bigger and bigger... Too bad ☹
