I banned to buy cash please help
I banned because of chargeback but i did not do chargeback. It is not stolen card and i have buying cash for 4 years with the same card but now they said about chargeback. I contacted with superawards and they answered my question at first but now they dont answer me. They told if u think a problem contact with billing-support@g2s.com but also they did not answer me. I told them i can pay your money if u couldnt get your money but still no answer. I am out of cash now and this game cant play without cash. Help me please. Otherwise i can't play again that game.

I talked with the bank and they said problem is not ours. They had to take money in 15 days but they did not take so the bank did not pay the money. But they said problem is because of me. New charge system is very bad. We pay money but because of them i banned. And they always insert in a long time☹(
