on lvl 25 u have only imp flash, P90 own vs flash ☺
and 40-45% stun? who cares with 16 ap? 😉

Yes, you can, I think I had one at level 23, might have been 24. But it's possible.

it is possible to make 16 ap at lvl 24 but u could only carry imp metal armor .. on lvl 25 i can take +1 mine ;P
