rapid (a submachine gun skill 100) onle submachine gun who use 3 ap
i know im no in lv 50 bu i know abou rapid

A godly weapon (artefact not a perk) reduce needed ap for shoot by 1. This means for example a godly uzi need only 3ap per shoot.
