Q: Is it possible for Big Gun Number One to do 1 damage??
(Damage taken of unit hit is 1, so if u hit a guy using Big Gun with a 100 HP, he will be 99 HP.)

Ok so the question is that if big gun no. one can do 1 damage. Lets say you have a Solid Hardened Improved Power Armor. Its damage resistance is like 75% (appriximately, not sure). Then that unit wearing that got shelter. A shelter that got 14AP. So you got 14AP which is like 40%+ additional damage reduction. So your unit's damage reduction is flowing. Plus spash resistance. Its more than 100% damage reduction.. Then an enemy hit you with a big gun no. one. Its base damage is critical 500. So it is reduced 100%. Damage is 1 (should be 0 actually). If you will calculate, it shouldnt hit with a damage more than 1.
So I dont know if this is true, I think theres a rule here where the damage wont be 1, but NOT told to us.
I need lvl50s or mods to answer. Because if I reach lvl 50, Ill do this and im undefeatable!! specially if I got regenerations. Also Scorpion (idk, the 100% poison reduction) and Free (100% stun reduction) [<< not sure] art imp power armor. Ill just go to center and enemy keep hiting all 1 damage !!!

yeah there are 2 ways like the guy said, one if the opponent only got 1 hp left or if the user use retalation when the opponent got less than 15% health

no, there is a limit for how much resist you can have.

i think it is about 75%, with shelter and stuff, since anything above that would be too overpowered

ohh 75%. Thats is like a solid hardened improved power armor right??
So this means if u got this armor, shelter is totally useless. It just gives you vunerability on poison.
So if I got 3 arts of Solid Hardened Ageless Improved Power Armor on lvl 50, then I dont need shelter cuz its useless.
This gives like 12 more perks. Amazing.. 😁

Level 50 takes alot of time you know?Also those arts are not easy to obtain.

it will hit much more than this... even 14 ap shelter with say normal imp power armor should have his damage resist capped yet will take atleast 20 dmg from say gauss. you cant completely absorb damage.
