Hi! After that last update the game was supposed to open automatic after finishing the process but it just closes and disappear.
Everytime the game ask for that 252K update: https://prnt.sc/w7h765
Also astor asked me to put screenshot from log.txt and updatelog.txt from game directory. Updatelog.txt has nothing as u can see here: https://prnt.sc/w7h7gu | and the other directory doesnt exist.

Gunrox downloads updates into
c:\ProgramData\Enkord\Gunrox\
(not into the folder where it were installed)
Check that folder and logs in it.

ooops my bad, i found that folder but update.log still empty and says i dont have permission to open that file but am the unique admn on pc (?).

I deleted, disabled antivirus then tried to open with admin right but it says it's unable to run and ask for open with admins right while it is already being opened with admin rights

- totally remove folder c:\ProgramData\Enkord\Gunrox (it will require admin rights)
- run gunrox.exe with admin rights from install folder
Upd.:
We just updated setup, so you can also
- uninstall game
- download fresh setup from https://www.gunrox.com/download/
- install it again

i still get same error
game open , after entering email - pass
Error : cant send data to authorization server

none of these options solve it ... it seems that the gunrox wants to open more it doesn’t open .. it spins the cetinha as if it were loading and suddenly it leaves .. and it doesn’t open anything

In your case game installed properly, but some soft or network settings on your side blocking connections to server.
We have no idea how to help.
