Dear astor,
It seems your last patch wasn't quite enough to prevent people from farming E using fake random games.
What I heard is people found a new way to make E, without actually having to wait for 5 minutes, however, it still awards them less E than it did before the patch, but it still works though.
Here's an example of people using this method which proves that it still actually works :-
