I was playing a game on pc on the web, and my opponent found an art in a golden chest, and the notification of item found in golden chest did not appear in the chat, when the game ended it was displayed in the general chat.

In fact my opponent ignored me during another match and I also didn't get the chat notification during the match, and again I was when I left the match. The bug looks like it's for all in-game notification types.
