recovery account method works?

I've lost count of how many times I've used the recovery account method on enkord.com
several times proving to be the original owner of the email and still no answers
I have all the proofs and evidence that the site asks for, I have already provided and I can provide even more, here is a print just showing some of my purchases in my email : https://imgur.com/w3sdgwt
I see that some old players have re-entered the game and got access to their accounts back, ''SOUND'' for example...

If works if you have entered correct real name for account and then submitted proper document copies with that name and photos of you holding those documents. Otherwise such recovery requests are rejected because there is no other 100% method to identify account owner correctly.
