Hello berserker, my name is facundo ponce. I want to ask you for help, I am A-B-C-D-F-G- an old player and follower of the game.
my problem is that through the update it asks me for the secret answer (answer that I lost a long time ago) I only had it written down on the phone, from the first day I posted the answer I have only been able to enter it from the phone. never from my computer, i think i had a mistake in my security response that is my pet's middle name, berserker help me. I am one more fan of your game, I already sent you all my ID data through the account recovery system, please help me, thank you very much

I also lost my account (Yolo) and more accounts on that email, i have been talking about "Yolo" account to berserker many many times and zhannet to, but the only reply we get is a link and i enter the link, the link doesnt help me, berserker you can so easy back my account takes you 2 minutes max, and now we have another player who lost his acc because he forgot his security code, for god sake help us man.
