When I start the Game from the Phone it shows this and freeze. I already cleared the Cookies, also deleted and installed new still the problems appears. I use a (IPhone 13).

While the devs are looking into it, I have messed around a tiny bit and these following solutions may work(worked for me) you:
When you are stuck on the webpage with ''Loading...'' text displayed, you can either A) click on the ENKORD logo on top left corner of the screen(if it shows for you, does not work on every mobile) or B) click on the character icon on top right corner and attempt to log in through that way, alternatively, you can just open up enkord.com on your browser, log in through that and open GUNROX that way, this way worked for me as well, will continue to investigate and mess around.
