I have done such silences since May of 2021, you can literally ask anyone, back then everyone even saw when I silenced people when they asked to get silenced, when we were chatting or having fun in matches(me spectating megas mostly), even then, you are trying to spin the narrative of me silencing for X minutes when in fact I unsilenced directly afterwards, it is beyond stupid of you trying to play the victim here - Like I already stated in another topic, I moderate for the players, I don't get paid nor do I earn any money from this, which effectively allows me to treat both cashers and non-cashers the same way, but again coming from you, someone who wishes jews to die, makes jokes about Ukraine war, hoping bers to die etc etc, you are too stupid to understand any of it.

EDIT: can I also just quickly point out how stupid it is of you to show a screenshot that is months, if not a year old already, it just goes to show how you don't care one bit what happens to anyone but as soon as your faking gets interrupted and you start getting punished for rule breaking, you start to complain and post ''evidence'' which you had no ISSUE against when it happened then, its the exact reason why TT2 gets more love and attention from devs, because unlike the community of this game - TT2 actually has a nice, friendly community that actually appreciate each update instead of insulting and complaining about updates, like this community does :)

from my seen i never seen a mod like Andres he is very honest person and, I never seen him abuse his power on us, actully i cant play a single game since he depromoted to jn mod all players start cheating and faking everyone with his team mate i got stuck on level 28 for too long becouse no player to play with even in mega i always got kicked

i mean yes pistol had his ups ‘n downs, but he still managed to be the best mod in the history of this game, he had every chance to cheat, to give his friends locations ‘n everything, but he still didn’t.

and the way i see it, berserker took ABOD’s report as an excuse to de-mote Andres, cuz he was simply doing his job and banning fakers, but sadly, pistol doing his job correctly means lower revenue for berserker, but that’s just the way it is, unfair world we live in :)

Let me once again try to explain to you something basic in English that you have such a hard time comprehending

First, let me start off by shutting down your simple bs of power, I could care less if I was full mod, Jr or with no * whatsoever, I have always been towards the simple goal of players that play this game and new players that are trying out the game that they have 2 simple conditions met, being able to have FUN and to play FAIRLY - if both these were met normally, there would be no need for moderators at all, but we don't live in a perfect world with perfect friendly players.

Perhaps to you it doesn't matter since you only like to break rules - but what for other players, old players that come back or even new players, do you think they actually would like to sit in random for hours on end not finding a game while seeing other players fake their way up, and when they finally find a game, there is a risk they get insulted for winning them or god forbid, they win against Derrick which results in their whole family getting death threats, new players would quit and never come back to this game again, some rare, mostly old players, those who want to play GUNROX and remember the ''old golden days'', might just tag along in faking to ''keep up'' and to ''have fun''. 

Do you think when fake refs were a thing that this game generated a lot of revenue? Do you think it was fun for players who then still charged and supported the game, just to get fucked in art fights or in normal fights because others would quit their real life jobs to fake E, to fake coins, to farm arts in fake fights and such - back then no player had a chance against any of the top clans in fames, posts, activity, aggression, tournaments because others would fake arts and accounts just to play tournaments.

Do you think faking is fun? sure, maybe at some point it helped ''sustain'' and keep a few extra players around at the cost of the whole game going, simply and truthfully, to shit - both game wise and revenue wise - and if you look at now what faking has achieved, instead of E from random fights, you get boxes, instead of getting XP from randoms, you risk wasting your own items for 0XP if opponent kills themselves after losing one unit or you killing them too fast with arts, instead of top clans in fame getting special discounts which encouraged clan competition - there is nothing now - especially clan wise, the competition is DEAD. Paid chat was even added because players like Rasti and Derrick, Chuck etc would constantly insult in global chat(common chats back in the day), which again, is not a very good impression for new players entering the game for the first time.

Players always complain and insult whenever new update(s) are released, always complaining of why X, X2, X3 was not added, why Y, Y2 was changed etc, players for example have kept asking for new maps, new weapons, some sort of quest system and plenty more - lets have a simple breakdown below:

new maps: who would play them? 5 out of the 7 maps barely have any players, what good would a new map do? It would just be waste of resources in its current state.

new weapons: what would you implement and how? the game is designed around 120 skill, adding new weapons after 120 skill makes no sense and adding weapons between those skills (30,50,70 etc) would require too much balancing of everything, once again, waste of resources in its current state.

quest system: I don't even need to explain this with the amount of fake accounts that exist in the game.

I have suggested plenty of things that could be changed/added to make the current experience for current players better, some have been stupid once explored further, some take too much resources and time to implement for minimal to zero benefit revenue wise or getting new players, hence why these past updates have all been evolved around the ''newer player experience'', updates that do not directly work towards increasing revenue or playerbase, is basically a luxury in its current state, the cycle is pretty straightforward:

no players > advertise = people see GUNROX, some would even try it out = potential new players = more $, BUT requires a lot of $ first

new location, need players = see above

new QoL/feature update that is mainly for medium-high levels(current playerbase) = new content for players = happy players, once again, requires $

You can basically use this with ANYTHING you want to see in the game, it is the same outcome each time, not enough $ in return.

And like you stated pretty perfectly and realistically, banning a casher who thinks they have immunity from being banned for breaking rules or in reality any player that even charges as low as 5$ a year results in decrease in revenue.

I could go on for days talking and arguing what GUNROX was, what it is now, what it will be in the future, what it could have been etc, but the truth is, its pointless - trying to explain things like this to this community, simply, is very stupid of me since most of this community is toxic, arrogant and simply do not understand anything regarding game development and business.

When it comes to discussing me as a moderator and my moderation - Do I think I am the best? no, do I think I am god now because I could silence and ban people? no - if anything, for the past 1.5 years I have tried to bring some sort of order to this shitfest of a community, from silencing hundreds of accounts of Rasti back in the day when he started crying over one insult, to asking Derrick to be IP silenced multiple times because he never learns how to behave, but most importantly - I have tried to ''calm'' down the community, to be that ''voice'' that exists everyday to answer questions, complaints, to tell what is going on and to find out information about things. Personally from day 1 as Jr, I have had the chance, and still do to this day, to spectate my own matches, to spectate matches of my friends and give away locations, to tell them if their opponent is arted or not, to tell them where to go or shoot etc, have I done so? no, will I ever do it? fuck no, I have proven my loyalty and commitment to this game since day 1, I literally snitched on NASGUP himself the moment I found out him and mart used bugged cash for their own benefit instead of reporting it, I had every chance not to tell berserker about it and just be quiet, even if they would have been banned later, berserker would have never known that I knew that they did it, but instead of choosing friendship, I chose the rules of this game and will continue to do so, I would rather have berserker remove me completely and permanently instead of starting to abuse my power to spectate my own matches or matches for friends and give them locations etc.

Back in 2021, I got COIN to make a ''newer'' trailer for the game, although I sadly overlooked on a very big thing(arts), in the end, it still turned out to be quite a nice trailer from a passionate player, Cherry made quality videos and other players were recording and uploading matches as well - opik and checker both upload nice and funny videos even to this day - and I have always wanted to do something to help out players who actively make videos for the game, if its giving E to them, inviting them to an abort(more on moderator aborts later) or something else, well, as you can see till this day I haven't figured that out. 1/2

Even with Snoopy(aka Meyer_ aka CAKE aka XuuXu aka Rivo aka all the accounts hes bought), he created a competition on forums that gained a lot of attraction and was actually very cool idea, something I wanted to turn into a regular(monthly) thing on forums with him and it was going that way till he decided to get caught up in some drama, trying to buy/steal Adrian's accounts, losing the respect of many he earned it from during his forum times and ending up buying accounts from others - but once again, you can clearly see the root cause of the issue, player who tried to level up in a legitimate way, got too bored from waiting and complaining about the issues of leveling up as lower level, had some extra pocket cash to spend and just bought high level accounts so he could play with the majority of the player base.

To quickly elaborate more on aborts - I actually had somewhat of an idea of trying to host monthly ''art aborts'' where any player was welcome to play, have fun with their arts with no risk of losing them and have a chance of winning EC(was going to be around 50k EC in prizes), each month - but seems that has gone to pretty shit as well, and is also considered ''power abuse'', if you want to be that official about it.

I have had plenty of discussions, some you might even consider slight arguments with berserker regarding clans, I want clan competition to come back, I want to see clans active, especially when it comes to areas like outposts, before it always used to be Arab Fighters camping 12 outposts, sharing fully arted accounts between each other so it would be practically impossible for anyone to try to take one without risking their own arts - but seeing more competitions in clan leaderboards would be awesome, to give better rewards and better motivation for clan leaders and members to play and participate in clan related activities, but once again, there just isn't enough resources and player support and interest in it.

When it comes to talking about ''pistol mod silences and bans players he dont like and hate'' - I think there is a big misunderstanding here - as a player, there are plenty of people I dislike: Melvin, Derrick, Snoopy, you and a few others - the important thing here being that I hate them as a player, personally I don't want to have any doing with them, talk with them or play with them, but if they have an issue, they always have a way of contacting me and I will always help them as a moderator - for example, even though I heavily dislike Melvin(I would rather play a game of russian roulette than speak with him), if he came to me saying that he got teamkilled or his account got stolen, I would do everything I can with the tools at my disposal to help him, I even remember when you(?) or one of your friends lost access to email that contained account died and few others, someone came to me complaining how I was not doing anything because the person who changed the password was my friend(?), even though I did everything I could with the tools I had, which in this case was to forward this information to one of the admins(berserker) and leave it to him to be dealt with, if anything happened in the end, I have no information.

 Do I want to say that I am the best mod? no, what I think is completely irrelevant, its up to the players to decide that, in my opinion - the only thing I can say is that I have actively tried to reply and answer to everyone in-game, on forums and on Discord with any problems or questions regarding the game, I've done competitions and giveaways for the players out of my own pocket, I've charged 5k$ since 2021, because I am passionate enough for this game and want to see updates being made for it - in the end, like I already told berserker privately, it's his game, he runs the show, he does what he wants, I won't argue against him, I won't go start spying games for myself or friends now, I won't leak things me and bers have talked about and will still continue to do my best to answer players who reach out with questions or issues, although it will be a bit harder and more ''delayed'' now(although Snoopy has been fast to fake Rivo up 10 levels already), but I will still continue to try my best :)

I will admit honestly that yes, I am very passionate about this game, maybe even too much - and the same goes for being committed to it, when I first was made Jr mod, I was very naive thinking that ''hey, I can finally turn this toxicity into friendliness'', turns out it's a very hard task, the same goes to being fair towards everyone, I promised from my first day and still try my hardest to be fair towards everyone, but sometimes it doesn't seem so because 2 players get into an argument, end up insulting each other or whatever the case might be, one takes a screenshot, reports, and the other one gets silenced and finds it unfair, when in fact, ideally, any player should report toxicity from the start instead of start being toxic back, because most of the time, it will end like this.

The same goes for banning, although I have been very transparent on bans and having a sheets file of the bans I have done, I have also started to ''abuse power'' in the sense that I have started to ignore suspicious matches of low level fights, sure, from time to time I ban to remind everyone that faking is against the rules - but using common sense, if I see a player waiting whole day for a fight and they can't find one and they do a fake, is it really worth banning them for 24 hours instead of turning a blind eye to it? Of course there are players who just fake 90% of their matches and those I tend to ban quite fast because they provide no ''real fighting'' against other players, take that as however you'd like. I am not perfect, I have not been a perfect moderator, I have done plenty of mistakes during my time, this is all a learning experience to me, even after 1.5 years, I still learn, try new approaches and test out different ways of handling warnings, silences and bans.

I will finish this post with 2 questions, since you already said you don't care if you get banned(24 hour ban only I suppose as well) since you have plenty of other accounts and you do have accounts that are not even affected by the 200k silence you got, which just shows how pointless both silence and ban are in your case, so answer me this:

Do you really find the current state of the game enjoyable at all?

Do you really prefer faking and insulting each other over actual, honest competition between players and clans?

At the end of the day, I try to use common sense in silencing and banning, the same goes for respect, show respect, get it back - be a twat and I will treat you as a twat, I have tried my best to be fair towards everyone, to reply to everyone and to uphold the basic rules of the game, no matter if you are a casher or not. 2/2
