When I press the charge button in cash shop I am taken to www.gunrox.com. I know there should be some options of what I can pay, but instead I just get the front page. I have activated my account and I have tried reinstalling.
What's wrong?

You suck and are computer illiterate lol 😳, just kidding, i dont know what your problem is, maybe where you are or your computer or something does not accept such payment methods, or maybe it takes you to the paypal page, but you just dont know what to do...... good luck

You must not have any money in your gunrox account. When you hit "charge" and you do not have any enkord cash in your account then it will only bring you to gunrox.com
but if you do have enkord cash in your account then i dont know what the problem is.

Nope, I bought my first cash by pressing the "charge" button, takes me to a page where I can buy EC for me:

CX3650 is my real-life friend, and asked my help to buy him enkord cash. So he gave me his password and I tried to log in as him and buy the cash. (and he would wire euros to my bank account after) But when I went to cash shop and clicked "charge" it took me to the front page of gunrox. So there must be something wrong with his account or the nick somehow messes up the address making part of the program or something like that, I don't know. But the problem is not in CX3650 or his computer, since I can do it on my own computer with my own account, but not on his.

the problem wasn't that he couldn't pay, the problem was that the game wasn't taking him to the correct web page. You can't buy enkord cash from the front page of gunrox can you? And it didn't work for me either when I logged in on his account. But Berserker says its fixed now, I'm waiting for my friend to come online. If it works he can buy the enkord cash himself then.
edit: he just logged in to msn and says it works now ☺
