Dear Enkord Team,
I charged some months ago on my account but it was delivered somehow to an other account of mine. So i contacted xsolla and asked how that could been happened. explained them the situation and they just told me they will send me the cash back and I should just charge again on the right account. before refund I asked expressly if I get any banns and they guaranteed to me no. I charged again one the right account and the cash was delivered. On the other account I refund it and got my money back. I doesn’t Spend any in game money or any bonuses (supporter keys etc)as they told me to not to do it. It was just cause it was delivered on false account. If I would knew Xsolla's advice isn't true that I won't get any punishment, I would just leave the cash there and charge again on the right acc, wouldn't made big difference for me. Now after my cash arrived I noticed my account in game name: —great— , that it’s banned. On the same day I try ask to be sure for my security to berserker in game but sadly there wasn’t any answer. I know the bann its automatically but the issue I explained is pretty clear. The negative balance which says: 12.671 Enkord Cash I can easy charge, if I have the opportunity back to join my account. Screenshoted Payment details, I can send in private if Administration needed. On 22.03.2023 I sended also an email on enkord support. Thanks for the Help. I hope I’ll get an answer as soon as possible.
